As January comes to a close I reflect on the gentleness of how this year has begun for me and the overflow of creativity that has emerged from taking time to rest and restore my nervous system. Starting my podcast, creating artworks for my upcoming exhibition and really finding my center has been a beautiful entry into this new cycle. My invitation to you all is to just begin! Where ever you are on your path and what ever you want to be doing, the moment is now to take action and begin.
