Love is an Inside Job

Love is my most favourite topic, I often hear myself saying ” I love love”. February is termed the month of love. As we come to its close, I reflect on how I can be more loving to myself. I also think about how I can be more loving to others.

Love is the medicine that cures all. Love is a verb, it’s something we do, love is the expression of divine creation. Love is the most powerful and highest vibration in the universe. It is through love that we are born and it is with love that we return to source. Love is fundamentally the essence of who we are. Being in the flow of love fully is an inside job.

Love is a potent medicine for our times. The most powerful of all forms of love is self-love. Once you love you, nothing can hurt you, nothing can impede your pathway. No person, place or thing can break you because love is an inside job.

What do I mean by that?

 All relationships are mirrors unto ourselves. When you realise that love is an inside job, you understand that everything being reflected is part of what moves inside of you. You grasp that all reflections are influenced by your inner movement. This truth then presents an opportunity to move and change things. It allows for a fertile ground to grow and expand your consciousness. Love is a very powerful and potent tool of transformation. Allowing yourself to be fully seen and vulnerable is a pathway into the alchemy of love.

When we “in-source” love, we don’t need anyone or anything else to validate us. There is a profound freedom in this. With this freedom comes detachment. With this type of detachment comes absolute presence of the lived moment. That is where love resides. In the perpetual now.

Love is an inside job, you’ve got the reigns and the power. You know exactly what you like and what you don’t like. And If you don’t know, it’s a beautiful exploration. Love can show you the deepest parts of yourself. Love can heal all wounds. Love is the magnifier of our greatness. Love is the source of our pure positive potential. Love is the God principle in every particle of beingness in this existence.

Turn your gaze inward and value the love of your life. For you are lovable merely because you exist.

We are about to enter a new cycle. The change of seasons is coming. The month of Ramadan is also opening. Let this be an opportunity to truly sit with the intention of activating more love. More light and more beauty in this world. For it all starts from within.
