I have developed a deep and enduring relationship with my deer skin Medicine drum. I birthed her on 11.11.2017. The magick of this moment is etched in my being. There were many animal friends coming to support her creation: bees, magpies, fairy wrens, kangaroos and the next morning after a long labour of love it took me almost 24hours to birth her! There were 4 deer in the paddock! She is a POWERFULL drum. I work with her in my rituals, ceremonies, and healing. She is one of my strongest allies in my path of service.

When people ask me "what do you do?", I realise what I do is the expression of who I am. Artist, Medicine Woman, Postnatal Doula. I feel the blessing of living in integrity with my path. What I do isn't something that just sustains me, it is me. We all have one life to live to the fullest. Wouldn't it be amazing to feel that your work is the truest expression of your soul path?

Smudge practice is used in many cultures to cleanse and clear spaces, places and people. Whether using sage, cedar, Paolo Santo, copal, esphand, or incense to name a few, the intention is always the same. Moving the stagnant energy out and inviting cleansing, clear energy in. I use Smudge almost daily to re-set myself, my work space and with my clients.

Finding empowerment through creative expression in all its forms, music, singing, poetry, visual arts, theatre, movement has shaped how I see and engage with the inner and outer self. Much of my offerings are centred around facilitating events, workshops and private sessions that activate the true state of who we are and what we each carry.

Welcome to my new look pages! For those new to my page hello and welcome! I am an Iranian/Australian artist, educator, medicine woman and postnatal doula. I am drawn to work with women, young people and new mothers. My work encompasses creative expression and healing. I look forward to sharing more of my story with you.

We all have the capacity to heal ourselves, and in doing so we heal the generations that came before us and the generation yet to come. As we heal ourselves we heal the earth. A potent container that aids us in this healing is found in various ritual and ceremonies. I am fascinated by the depth of healing I have personally received, particularly for postnatal trauma release, as well as, the healing of the collective and individuals I have the honour of working with as we enter the liminal spaces that ritual and ceremony offer.
